Shipping & returns

Product shipping

We aim to ship your product within 1 to 2 days. We do aim to ship within 24 hours if the products are in stock. We ship Monday to Saturday.

The costs for shipping will be charged to you at checkout. The costs depend on the weight and the country your order is going to.

We have the following options for product shipping:

Shipping in the Netherlands via postnl up to 10 kg – 5,95 € incl. BTW. Shipping takes 1-5 working days. Free shipping on order above €150 in NL.

International shipping – the price depends on a country and is shown during the checkout. 

Pick up order Have you placed an online order that you would like to pick up in the salon? Which can! You can collect the order as soon as you have received the confirmation for collection. Your order can be picked up at: Zeesluisweg 78, 2583 DS in Den Haag.

Product returns

If you didn’t use and didn’t damage the product bought on our e-shop you can return it within 14 days.

The product must be returned in the original undamaged packaging. The time allowed for a return is started to be counted one day after the courier delivers the products or the products are taken from the parcel terminal.

If you want to return a product please provide us your order number. When the product will be successfully returned, you will get back your payment for the product, including the shipping. All costs related to the returns must be covered by the customer. If the purchased product has bad quality, all return costs can be covered from our side, if the customer requests it.

Have you received an incomplete order. Now what?

Unfortunately, but it can happen. The best thing you can do in this situation is to contact our customer service. You can contact us via the contact form. Then we will arrange this for you!

Have received a defective product. Now what?

We find it very annoying if your package arrives damaged and we are happy to help you with a suitable solution.

Do you want to exchange your products?

Do you want to exchange your product? That's no problem. You can contact info@flamingobeauty.nl for this. You do, however, bear the costs for returning the products.

Do you have provided a wrong delivery address? 

Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to change the order for you.

Have you received a defective product? 

We find it very annoying if your package arrives damaged and we are happy to help you with a suitable solution.

Specify your problem via e-mail info@flamingobeauty.nl, make sure that at least the following information is included in the email;

  • Order number
  • A clear description of the problem or defect
  • At least 1 clear photo of the defect

After receiving your complaint, we will contact you as soon as possible. You may return your damaged package, you will receive a return code after contacting us. With this return code you can return the product or package free of charge.
