Booking and cancelation policy

This policy has been established to help us serve you better.

Booking deposits

All reservations require a deposit, which is 30 eur to secure your booking. This will then be deducted from your services on the day.

Cancelation

We understand that there are unforeseen circumstances may occur that interfere with your appointment and you need to cancel or to reschedule your appointment. This can be done easily, up to 24 hours before the appointment and without any extra charges, via www.flamingobeauty.nl/

Cancellation or reschedule policy

“No show” or less than 24 hours cancelation or reschedule will be charged 100% of booked treatment cost.

As you can imagine when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. This rule applies to all cancellation reasons (including illness, broken car, cancellation of transport, etc.)

A “No Show” is a client who does not show up at the start of the appointed time, this includes coming 30 minutes late.

If you are late for your appointment till 30 min, we will try to complete the whole treatment, however if this is not possible, the treatment will be shortened and finish at the time it should have, and full payment will be taken.
